Welcome to all worshiping with us today, especially those of you who are guests among us. We hope you will make yourselves known to those sitting near you by signing the Registration pad. Once it has passed to the far end of the row, please pass it back to where it started. Immediately after the service, please introduce yourself to Pastor Jen.

Children and Sunday School: Children are welcome in worship. We also provide childcare during the 10:00 AM worship service. Our well equipped nursery is for children up to 3 years old. School age children have Children's Church following the Children's Message.  Children are welcome to go to Children's Church or return to sit with their family.

Adult Sunday School begins at 9:00 a.m. in Room 6, just to the left of the sanctuary.
Starting January 6th, Short Stories by Jesus: the Enigmatic Parables of a Controversial Rabbi by Amy-Jill Levine
This study is a fresh perspective on some of Jesus' most well-known parables, coincidentally written by a rabbi. Her premise is that Jesus was essentially telling a story and "good storytellers adapt their tales to the needs of their audiences."  Given that, how did the original Jewish audience understand these "stories" and how do these parables still challenge us in the 21st century? You need only purchase the participant guide. A book is available, but it covers more material than we would cover in class. We meet before the service at 9:00 in room six, just to the left of the sanctuary.

General Conference 2020. The Dakota-Minnesota Area is hosting General Conference. They are in need of volunteers from our local churches to provide hospitality to our siblings in Christ from around the world. To learn more about this worthwhile opportunity, check out the poster that is located on the rolling kiosk in the Narthex. Brochures may be found on the table right next to it as well as a frequently asked questions docu-ment. Please feel free to take either one or both if you are interested. Please consider volunteer-ing as it will take a great number of people to pull together an event of this size and nature.

Balcony People by Joyce Landorf Heatherley
Some people are in the "balconies" of our lives, cheering us on, encouraging and energizing us with their warm affirmations. Others live down in our "basements," coldly tearing away at our souls with their unfair and critical judgements. This book is about discovering the balcony people in our lives and about being a balcony person to others.
Men’s Fellowship: Join us Fridays at 6:15 AM at the Lakeville Cracker Barrel.  All are welcome to connect.

"Green = Fresh & Clean!" - This can mean the actual color green, or ecofriendly…  however people want to interpret it!
